Loyalty button e-mail notification
If this function is enabled you will receive a notification to your e-mail when a feedback button is pressed a defined number of time.
To enable the notifications, please follow these steps:
- Go to “Create report” page
- Select your Loyalty Button device
- Select one of the report types for the Loyalty Buttons
- Press “Add e-mail notification”
- Press “Edit” button
- Configure the notification
- Press “Save and show”
